The 21 Day Sugar Detox is an eating plan, plain and simple. No gimmicks and no powders, pills or potions affiliated.

It is 21 days of NO added sugar or artificial sweeteners of any kind. No canola or vegetable oils and no gluten. You’re eating full meals- whole foods as much as possible. You can have dairy and gluten-free grains if you wish (like rice or quinoa). No alcohol is allowed, and the only fruits you can have are green apples, grapefruit or green-tipped bananas because they’re not sweet and don’t trigger cravings.

The goal of the program is to get rid of this pull a lot of us have toward sugary things, which is depleting our body of energy and nutrients and making us basically sick and overweight. It doesn’t mean you’re giving up sugar forever, but it’s a reset to try to retrain your tastebuds and learn all the ways sugar creeps into our every day foods.

You do not have to purchase anything to do this program. The rules can be found here for free, and you can create your own meals and meal plans. If you need inspiration, meal ideas, recipes and support, though, all of those things are available!

Where do I come in?

I am a certified 21 Day Sugar Detox coach, and I want to help you through the process of the 21 Day Sugar Detox if you need it. Why? Because I believe in the body’s incredible ability to heal itself given the right tools and fuels. Because the general public has gross misconceptions about what is healthy and what isn’t, and the WRONG foods have been demonized for too long. It’s not enough for me to teach you what I think is healthy for you. I need to show you- or rather help YOU show yourself– what works for you. By guiding you through this journey I can illuminate for you what truly makes YOUR body feel good, and how to create healthy habits so you can keep feeling your best from now on.

Often times, we don’t know how bad something is making us feel until we cut it out for a period of time and then reintroduce it to see the effects. This program provides that structure, and I can help facilitate its implementation in your life.

I will be with you before the detox even starts (starting 1 week ahead) and after it ends (for 1 week) so you know how to best reintroduce foods back into your diet (or how to set new boundaries with foods).
